Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Atlas IP Holdings LLC (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the BRidge platform, websites, and web applications (collectively, “BRidge”). It forms part of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Summary: We use cookies to make BRidge work securely, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can manage non-essential cookies via our banner or your browser settings. We honor applicable opt-out signals (e.g., GPC).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help operate websites and collect information about your activity. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and beacons.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 First- vs Third-Party Cookies

First-party cookies are set by Atlas/BRidge. In limited cases, we may allow third-party cookies for strictly necessary functions (e.g., transactional email pixeling or performance analytics) and they are subject to those providers’ policies.

3. Managing Your Preferences

Google AdSense preparation: advertising is not active

As of September 23, 2026, we have registered with Google AdSense for possible advertising on BRidge public indices, material reference pages and documentation. Site review has not been completed and advertising remains disabled.

The current integration publishes a site-ownership meta tag and an ads.txt seller declaration. These are passive public records: they do not load advertising scripts, set advertising cookies, access device storage or send a visitor's IP address, page URL or device identifiers to Google. Google may fetch these public records to check site ownership.

Google Privacy & Messaging consent messages have been prepared as unpublished drafts. They are not currently displayed and this integration does not collect advertising-consent preferences. There is therefore no active AdSense consent to withdraw here. Core site functions do not depend on accepting advertising.

Google explains its advertising data practices, including cookies, IP addresses and page URLs, in How Google uses information from sites and apps. Google My Ad Center manages Google ad-personalization settings; it is not a substitute for this site's consent controls.

Advertising will remain disabled until site approval, the applicable consent and opt-out controls, a way to reopen and withdraw preferences, and updated disclosures are in place. Authenticated and private workflows, trading, HR, dating profiles and messages, billing, checkout, administration and legal pages are excluded from this advertising integration.

5. Similar Technologies

We may use local storage for UI preferences and pixels/beacons for functional telemetry (e.g., email deliverability). These are treated similarly to cookies for consent and disclosure purposes.

6. Updates

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will appear here with an updated date. Continued use of BRidge indicates acceptance.
